1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and NewDoneDiner Team ("Developer") regarding the use of the BubbleShooter mobile application ("Application"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE (许可授予) Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. RESTRICTIONS ON USE (使用限制) You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: (a) License, sell, rent, lease, assignment, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application. (b) Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application. (c) Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (知识产权) The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the Developer and its licensors.

8. GOVERNING LAW (法律) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
