1. Acknowledgment
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and the NewDoneDiner team (the "Developer") regarding the use of the "天天萌泡泡" mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). By installing or using this Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and run this Application solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to: (a) License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application. (b) Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application. (c) Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
4. Intellectual Property
The Application, including but not limited to all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Developer and its licensors.
5. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the Developer. The Developer may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Developer's location, excluding its conflicts of law principles.

本最终用户许可协议（以下简称“协议”）是您（“用户”）与 NewDoneDiner 团队（“开发者”）之间关于使用“天天萌泡泡”移动应用程序（以下简称“应用”）的法律协议。安装或使用本应用，即表示您同意受本协议条款的约束。
在您遵守本协议的前提下，开发者授予您一项可撤销的、非独占的、不可转让的有限许可，允许您严格按照本协议条款下载、安装并运行本应用，仅用于个人非商业娱乐目的。
您同意不会，也不会允许他人： (a) 对本应用进行许可、销售、出租、租赁、分配、分发、传输、托管、外包、披露或以其他方式进行商业开发。 (b) 对本应用的任何部分进行修改、制作衍生作品、拆解、解密、反编译或逆向工程。 (c) 将应用用于任何非法目的或违反任何当地、州、国家或国际法律。
本应用（包括但不限于所有版权、专利、商标、商业秘密和其他知识产权）均属于且仍属于开发者及其许可方的专有财产。
本协议在您或开发者终止前持续有效。开发者有权随时出于任何原因或无须理由，在预先通知或不通知的情况下暂停或终止本协议。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何特殊、偶然、间接或后果性损害（包括但不限于利润损失、数据或其他信息丢失）承担任何责任。
本协议受开发者所在地法律管辖并按其解释，不考虑其冲突法规定。
